We collect some information when you signup to use Our Services. Each is detailed below, along with how we use that information:
Language Calls uses Stripe (https://stripe.com) to process payments and collect credit card information. We, or our employees, never see and never have access to your credit card information. You can read more about Stripe's security policy here and privacy policy here.
Language Calls uses JotForm (https://jotform.com) to process signups and collect signup information. You can read more about JotForm's security here and privacy policy here. We use JotForm's European data centre to store the information collected.
Language Calls uses Facebook Advertising and may from time-to-time, Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing. This tool allows Language Calls to understand and deliver ads and make them more relevant to you. The collected data remains anonymous and Language Calls cannot see the personal data of any individual user.
However, the collected data is saved and processed by Facebook. Facebook may be able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes (as per their Data Use Policy here). Facebook has ultimate control of the information gathered through Facebook Advertising and Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing. You can opt-out of their use of cookies and Facebook Pixel Re-Marketing through settings on your Facebook Account.
Your information is collected via JotForm (as mentioned above), and is encrypted in transfer and at rest. This information is backed up in our database, for which access is limited only to Language Calls employees who require it.
Security: Access to user information is restricted to Language Calls employees that require it. We use two factor where available, and use long (32+ character) random passwords which we rotate regularly.
